Reassurance Home Inspection Specializes in St. Paul Home Inspection Services,
Minneapolis Property Inspections, and Minnesota Home Inspection Services.
I know many of you are concerned about price. My pricing is very competitive.
I offer one of the best home inspections available for a reasonable price.

The house you are considering is a big investment. You need an inspector who
can give you a
honest evaluation of the home, and be there for you, should
questions arise even long after the home is purchased. That is the kind of
service I offer you.

I offer one of the best inspections, with detailed, computer generated reports,
which really gives you great detail and explanations of the problems observed,
great service before, during, and after the inspection, and helpful tips and
suggestions to help you maintain or improve your new home.

Again, this is a big investment. There are many things to think about. You need
someone knowledgable about the home's structure, mechanicals, maintenance
issues, home repairs, and the cost of these repairs. This is the information you
need to make a decision about buying the home you are considering.
Larger homes generally have more to inspect and they take more time so size may be a
factor. Because I do inspections throughout the state of Minnesota,
location or distance
may be a factor in the price. Certain
types of homes such as duplexes for example, may
have two furnaces, electrical systems, and two hot water heaters to inspect. Townhomes
may not need the outside inspected because those items are usually covered by the
association so they may be less expensive. Depending on the
age, an older home may
have unique problems that need extra time to evaluate, such as outdated building material,
outdated electrical systems, and outdated plumbing systems. So you can see these
factors play an important part in determining price of an inspection.

My average inspections range between $200 and $325.
To discuss an exact quote, please call me at (612) 701-9672.
There are four factors most inspectors use to determine the price of an inspection;
1. The total finished square feet of the home

2. The location of the home

3. The type of home (single family, duplex, townhome, condo, etc)

4. The age of the home
I look forward to working with you!
